The light weights are perfect for me because I have had rotator cuff surgery and have a tendon issue in the other hand, I love these with no issues. So nice to have choices. Thanks Mary

I use these myself and have started some friends using them also. I have other hand bars but they are flat on the ends so it is harder to use them to do some of the behind the back exercises. The knobs on the outside of these make this much easier.
