I have tried many different caps as I am a moderate swimmer and this is by far one of the worst caps I have come across. I was looking for full coverage cap to keep my hair dry and wanted a chin strap. First off, when I opened the package, I was overwhelmed by the horrible stench of chemicalized latex/rubber...it was putrid...I have no problem with the normal latex cap smell, this was awful though. And there is no size on the site, so you'd assume is was one size fits all, NOPE, I can't even get it on past the top of my ears. WORST CAP i've ever purchased. DO NOT recommend.

Being in Fla., you would think you could find swim caps like this? NO! I'm glad I found this site. Bought this cap and the fit was perfect. Keeps the water out of my ears. I highly recommend this. By the way my head size for a hat is size 7, if that helps anyone. Very good fit!!! I think I will buy a couple more as you can't find them in Fla.

They are very nice caps but too small for an adult woman's head, I believe. I will have to give them away to younger swimmers.

Ear problem solved |

I loved the snug fit of this cap on my head, but in that, my lower ears became very sore. I solved that problem by placing a round foam cosmetic make-up application pad over my lower ear, thus creating a cushion that not only helped to keep my ear plugs in place, but also left my ears care-free for an entire hour of swimming. It's wonderfull to focus solely on my swimming and NOT on my swimming cap.
Note: When removing the foam pads after swimming, first lift the cap away from the ear, then remove the pad. If you attempt to pull the wet pad from between the cap and your ear while the cap is still snugly on, the pad will tear.
This may sound like it's not worth the effort, but belileve me, the combination is unbeatable. I will be ordering five more caps to ensure I have them in the future.
Thanks for reading. :-)
Nancy
