I'd read that this particular rash guard trends small, but it's REALLY small, at least on your average 50-ish guy. My 5'10", 200 lb avid recreational swimmer husband couldn't move his arms in a Large. The size chart really didn't work; maybe he could wear it, but not if he wants to actually swim in it. It's being returned.

I swim in Florida in water that is usually in the low 70s. This shirt makes swimming comfortable.

Great rash guard. Holds its shape and fits to the body. Quality construction. Will last a long time.

These do fit snugly (by intent), so if you want a loose fit, you should probably order a larger size. They worked great and we used a lot less sunscreen since the torso and arms were completely protected by our shirts.
