Use it mostly for cycling in Hawaii, summer and winter. Not too hot. Gives some compression as well as protection from Tropical sun. I fully recommend them.
it says that you need a while to put it on but it is no FS PRO so it takes about 1 min to put on. I am 5'7" 162 and I had to wear a XS and there is still not that much compression as I thought. Pros: Keeps you warm for winter runs, Looks awesome when you run, cheapest pair found at swimoutlet.com, very durable, improved ability to maintain correct anatomical position (especially hills)Cons: expensive, not as much compression as I thought, no reduced muscle soreness
