I bought this for my daughter who is 11 years, 4'10" 92 lbs. I got a size 16, it fits great. It ties at the neck and the back which is great so you can adjust how tight or loose you'd like the front to be. Since she doesn't have boobs yet the front doesn't sag like other suits.
