I'm a lap swimmer indoors, and need the propulsion power of fins as I have aged. These fins do the job quite well. My second pair!
I use these Zip Fins for lap swimming (a mile each day before work) to get a better workout through the legs. They are amazingly light-weight, but what I appreciate most is the security of the back strap. I had a very bad ankle/heel injury in 2008 and was afraid I wouldn't be able to find an appropriate swim fin for my new physical needs. These fins are 100% perfect!
I just got another pair of these fins to replace my first zip fins. I had to replace them because my feet grew during the last three years (that I had them) two full sizes, so I had to get them in a Large this time. The first pair still feels/looks like new even after three years. I swim laps mon-fri from 6-7:30am, and I use them for about 25min. The main reason I like the zip fins is because they are very comfortable. Also, I like that they have an easily adjustable strap. I would definitely recommend them!
Was a mandatory purchase when I started TI lessons. Durable product and does what it is supposed to do.
Learning to swim Total Immersion style and these are required in the beginning phase. Comfortable, well built, and reliable, I wouldn't leave home without them!
