I'm a competitive swimmer.  This is a great dragsuit, for durability and price.  But, the size you would normally buy is too small.  Buy larger sizes for more drag: smaller sizes compress more and don't do their job as well.

I usethis product for training. Its perfect for non competition time in the pool. My only negative is that I have large legs and a32 waist.... So the size is a little tight. So keep that in mind.

The ploymesh stands up to daily use--up to an hour in the pool five days per week.  This is my second suit--the first one lasted almost two years before showing signs of wear.

My son wears this suit as a drag suit over his knee-length Speedo Endurance during practice.  He says it's great.  Really makes him work hard and when he takes it off for competition, he feels he swims faster and feels stronger.

This product does exactly what its made to do! It causes drag in the water while training. However, the only thing wrong with it is how tight it is in the thighs. I should have gone up a size.

I got one for my son and after a year he complaint that it did provide enough drag for him. So I bought a bigger one for him and he loves the suit. Great for training. Always get a bigger size for a great drag!
