I ordered this poster of Michael  Phelps for a charity that was giving it to a child who had requested this gift for Christmas. I ordered it the beginning of December and when it did not arrive by the 15th, I notified  SwimOutlet because I needed  it by the 18th. The woman I spoke with was so nice and said she would UPS another one. It arrived on the 17th and delivered on the 18th. You helped make a child very happy.
