Just used this race belt for the first time. Did a Sprint distance triathlon and wore it during the 10 mile bike and 5k run. It held 3 packs of Gu, ID, $10 and a.credit card. Probably could also fit a small phone. It didn't bounce or get in the way. I recommend it.
