IF YOU HAVE CHEST DO NOT BUT THIS SUIT! IT IS COMPLETELY SEE-THROUGH! NOT JUST IN THE CHEST AREA BUT ALL OVER! YOU CANNOT HAVE A LITTLE BIT OF EXTRA WEIGHT OR ANYTHING AT ALL! YOU HAVE TO BE A SKELETON TO WEAR THIS SO NOTHING SHOWS! EVEN THE TAG SHOWS ON THE SIDE OF THE SUIT! IF I COULD GIVE THIS A -100 RATING I WOULD! HORRENDOUS!

My daughter''s coach had encouraged her to get knee-length tech suit but we can''t afford $260 for the Speedo. So she did extensive research and found this suit. Very reasonably priced and had good reviews. Unfortunately it was a disaster. The suit seemed to stretch when it got wet. She started texting me during warm-up that it was sagging and bagging in the crotch area, however she kept it on for her first race although she was miserable. She did well and dropped a lot of time, but was glad to get back into her team suit for her subsequent races. What we learned is this: if you have no hips and a tiny butt (like my 11-yr. old daughter) none of these suits are going to fit well. Even the $260 Speedo has one bad review for this same reason. So if you (or your swimmer) have no curves you might think about waiting a few more years - that''s what we plan to do.

This suit should not be listed as in the technical suit section. The material is heavy, which does add compression, but it holds alot of water when swimming. Purchased this suit instead of a TYR Fusion because the TYR was not available in size 30. Got a 28 in the Xcellerator as other customer comments indicated the suit runs big, which is correct. These two suits are not comparable. My daughter will either be using this as a warm up suit at meets or for practice, but not for competition.

Great suit for the price. Buy 1 size down to make sure it is tight. It fits around the hips well and isn''t too big in the chest. It is a little short waisted but that''s not a big deal.

Compared to more expensive technical suits, this is such a great value. I just started swimming and didn''t want to not be able to swim in the winter in the out door pool. This suit keeps me warm. Was worried that it would bind or be uncomfortable, but is is just like second skin....Thanks.
