great for speed - order 1 size up

After years of fitness swimming w nylon/lycra, I decided to try a poly suit. I was advised to go 1 size up for poly, which I highly recommend. It's a lot less flexible than nylon/lycra, which practically eliminates any drag or body part shifting. It's definitly the fastest and most durable suit I own, but you give up the comfort of lycra. For general fitness or leisure swimming, you'll be more comfortable in a nylon/lycra brief.
