As a golfer, I never imagined ordering my Oakleys from a swim store. But SwimOutlet did have the lowest price on new Flak Jacket XLJs that I could find. So I ordered them and they arrived in about 5 days. When I opened them, I noticed minor scratches on the lenses, as if a tiny piece of debris had got in the case during packaging. Other than that, they seemed perfectly new.

I emailed SwimOutlet the next day with my dilemma. I figured that, like many online stores, they would try to say I was lying or just ignore my request altogether, they replied to my email within 24 hours. No questions asked, no return fees, just a shipping label and returning instructions. Within 5 days, I had another pair of glasses, and they're currently my favorite pair!
