Have worn this bike short on multiple 80+ mile rides and I like how it feels. For a woman, I especially like how there are no leg grippers and the short stays in place just fine. It's low rise sometimes exposes your lower back to the sun if your bike jersey isn't long enough. Overall, the short looks great and you can tell they were specifically designed for a woman, in fit, function and style.

These are the best shorts I've found for long hours in the saddle. DeSoto typically runs small, and they don't make the larger sizes. It would have gotten 5 stars if not for the size issue.

The pad is thin enough for a sprint tri, but still comfortable on longer rides. The compression feels good, and I like that there is no rubber leg grippers (no pinching). The legs do roll up under a wetsuit slightly, but that is easily remedied.
