I got this product to help keep me warm while swimming in the 50 degree water of a lake. It is nice and snug and very warm. I love it. It is also very nice for keeping my earplugs from falling out. I'll probably use it until the water gets up to 60 degrees or so, then switch to a swim cap until it gets cold again in the fall, then I'll get it out again!

This product is functional, however it's been giving me rash every time. The last thing I need is shark smelling hints of blood whenever I do ocean swim.

I purchased an MP3 Water player and realized I could not keep it held in my ear while swimming. The cap provided a great solution. I think this is a very good product.

I bought the large and recommend that for those with a lot of hair. I can tuck my hair inside. At first the chin strap felt tight, but either I got used to it or it stretched a bit no problems now.
