I wear a 10.5 shoe, and these slides size 11 fit perfectly. The velcro straps give some flexibility in sizing. It may take some time to adapt to the rippled footbed; although it's not uncomfortable.

Perfect sandals for a man who never wears sandals. They are great slides and great for running out the door when you don't have time to put shoes on. Of course they work great around the pool as well.
