Okay and I have used pull buoys for many many years. This is the first of this type I have used, and I still prefer the two cylinder type with the connecting straps. I guess old habits die hard.

What more can I say than this thing keeps my ass up while I swim.. It's great!! I'm really able to work on upper body technique & breathing support while using the buoy. After going a few laps with the pull buoy I'm better equip to utilize my hip & leg movements.

having both sides same size provides good buoyancy for a guy. Some reason all the ones in the pool bin have the one side that is smaller for fit, but not as bouyant

This buoy does not have enough flotation for someone over 175 lbs. My legs rest almost 6 inches below the surface. I would recommend something with a little more volume.

This Pull Buoy is great. I had back surgery and I use only my arms when swimming. I am approx 200 lbs and this bouy is about a 1/2 inch thicker than the standard bouy which help keep my legs stable when swimming. When I saw it online, it looked larger than the stanard bouy, but there was no size description, so I bought it on a whim hoping it was larger than the standard bouy. This unit measured 9 x4 x 6. A bit shorter, but thicker. This was a great buy.
