These gloves are great. I use them 3-4 times a week when I swim. They are perfect for your off days of lifting weights as they give you plenty of resistance while swimming; even better when you light kick. i have seen vast improvements in the muscle tone of my arms. They are extremely packable, lightweight, fast drying( I recommend hang dry) and durable. The only issue I have, and not a big one at all, was that the velcro slightly wears on the edges so the strap tends to flip outward and they create large bubbles as you use them.

I love them, but the left hand doesnt quite fit in the thumb area(?)
It forces my hand to slip down so that the glove doesnt sit properly.

I love the resistance that the swim gloves give me.......I am more aware of my stroke and actually get a better workout with the gloves!!!!

i use this glove for my regular swimming excersize. I can swim faster with this and work as a little bit of weight on my arm, therefore, it works fantastic for me,
