Not a comfortable kick board to use - larger that pictured,
My grandson and I love it. He uses it when he is taking his swim lessons at the ymca. Great kickboard.
This kickboard is so much easier to hold than a standard one. It is a little wider at the bottom and won't fit in standard mesh bag so make sure you have a larger one if you want to carry it in a bag. But it is worth it. It's much easier to relax your arms and shoulders. I love it.
used in lap pool for kicking, arm strokes, and water aerobics. can hold it at length, hold it to chest, sit on it or keep legs afloat. it's all good...way better than a cheapo noodle.
I used the kick board for the first time today. I love it! I gripped the board by inserting my fingers down into the holes with the thumbs toward the center of the board. With this grip I was able to obtain that perfect gliding form with arms tight to my ears. I have a bit of a shoulder issue and holding a "normal" kick board seems to exacerbate it. I really like the alignment I can achieve with this board.
We ended up going back to a less "advanced" model as this one didn't fit in our swim bag as easily. Handles were nice for carrying but not much else?
