The bag works as advertised.  But, getting good underwater pictures is not easy - the lower light conditions may require a longer exposure and it may be difficult to hold the camera steady, especially in the ocean.  So pictures may end up blurry.

I  bought this AquaPac  to keep a GPS Heart Rate monitor watch dry while I swim.  I needed the clear portion so I can read the watch dial.  For this purpose it works great. I put the strap around my neck and the pack on my back while I swim.

These bags are watertight!  I put a brand new Canon Powershot in them (holding my breath) and snorkeled for hours and hours with no moisture.  I got several great shots through the bag, but I'll admit it is tricky to take a picture while being moved around by waves.  It does take some practice.   I loaned the bag to a friend of mine the next week for her Caribbean trip and she also loved it!
