This is the official suit for my daughters swim team (Poseidon Swim Club Michigan). My daughter is very lean with no body fat. Prior to this suit she was using a wet suit so she wouldn't freeze in the pool. But after trying her Speedo Electric Shock suit she said she felt warmer in the water. She was also excited with how well she swam in her new suit. We highly recommend this suit, it is worth the money! One word of caution, the suit runs a little bit on the small size. If your child wears a size 6 get a size 8.
