Great fins for a great price.  These are great to improve arm stroke, without using the legs much.  I recommend these.

I am a beginning swimmer, 1600 - 2000 yds 3x per week. I need the flippers to strengthen my kick consistency. I wear an 11, this size is 10-11 and the next is a 12-13. They seem a bit snug, maybe a little narrow for my wide feet. I did not get the next size since I do wear an 11. I hope they stretch.

Took forever to figure out what size to order.  I finally figured that females should order 1-2 sizes SMALLER.  I use them 4-5 days a week and they are great.

I use these split fins in the pool to help me out with laps and they are wonderful.  at first i did get a blister on my left angle--but now, no issues and i am swimming away.  smooth and helpful.  so glad i purchased these.  not to long or short--just wonderful!
