This was my second pair (the first pair was not true to size, so I returned it and exchanged for one size down).  Basically the overall size chart is not very true to size.   Unfortunately I have to pay for the return postage (which was disappointing) and the product ended up costing more than I would like to pay for.

I bought these for my handicapped son to help him work his legs more in the water.  I was worried they wouldn't fit right but they hug his feet perfectly and he loves them.  I truly appreciate this well made product!

I use the Hydro Training Finz to workout in my home pool. They fit well, and provide enough resistance to make a workout better, but not so much speed as a full fin would create. I  have enjoyed them very much. No flaws that I can find.

I lap swim at our local pool, carrying a bag and "stuff" along with me. These fins not only fit well in my bag when transporting but are also fantastic in the water. I have a wide foot and there's just the right amount of room for comfort. It's a great fit, made of quality materials and easy to use and easy to transport. They've become an essential tool in my workout program.
