I am an adult with a small head and very fine hair so adult swimcaps have way too much material and don't want to stay put on my head. This one has more than enough room and stays put real well. If regular adult size swimcaps are too large for you, then this should work great! Some people have commented about keeping the hair dry...I have not found a cap that keeps your hair completely dry. This is not an issue for me as I prefer to wash all the chlorine out immediately anyway. The reason I like swimcaps is to keep my hair out of the way. The flyaways drive me crazy without a cap and this one works great for me!

My 5 year old daughter loves this cap. It mostly keeps her very long hair dry.

What we got has more of a mushroom shape--bulbous on top. Also it's latex, so very grippy and hard to get onto our 3 year old's not very large head.

My daughter is three years old and I feel like the cap suits her well. She can definitely grow into it. The variety of colors is also great!!
