Suit does not bind or rub when swimming long distances. It fits snug so it won't need adjusting. Overall quality is great, always happy with SPEEDO products. However, my suit's right strap was twisted on itself and is sewn permanently that way by the manufacturer. Make sure to check those things before cutting off the tags and wearing! Otherwise, I LOVE the design/color, feel, and comfort of this suit.

I use this for running on the beach, swimming, body surfing, etc.
It fits very nice.  It stays on while still looking sexy.

I use this suit to train in, it looks amazing, and it makes me feel like a super-athlete - which makes me perform like one!
