This pull buoy is so much better than the solid buoy that is out there.  It stays in place better so you don't have to interrupt your stroke to adjust. and you can also adjust it to fit.

bought the smaller one for my 8 y/o and it fits great for him.  The the adjusting strap was not scratchy.

simply the best pull buoy for a master swimmer of the 80's.

Just be careful when ordering. Teenagers go with 6; small, athletic build a 7; and if you're a normal size person get the 8.
