My son is on the swim team and these are what the coaches recommended for practices. They are perfect for his small hands (he's 10) and stay on nicely.

I bought these paddles to replace an old pair whose straps had broken due to repeated exposures to chlorine. The paddles work great, help work on muscle strength during pull sets as well as help you work on your catch. Would definitely recommend
