It makes swimming fun!

Glad we read the previous reviews about them being a little big. We ordered smaller than we thought we needed and it was perfect. They are good work out tools.
These paddles work great, seems to realy help a good feel for the water and have improved my stoke. I would definately follow the sizing recomendation and not try to get too large of a paddle. 100% happy with them.
I use the Tyr paddle to improve my stroke-- both my form and my strength, for a more efficient swim. I'm an intermediate master's swimmer with a small frame, and the medium/red size is working well for me. I expect to get many miles and several years out of this set. The price was great, too.
