Strokemakers were engineered to improve your swimming stroke while limiting stress on your shoulders.
The paddles improve your stroke in the following ways: They increase distance per stroke by inhibiting early recovery. They strengthen swimming specific muscles as well as muscles used in water propulsion. The holes and flexible design of the paddles improve the swimmer’s feel for the water. The paddles exaggerate to the swimmer both correct and incorrect movements.
Strokemakers can be used in all four competitive strokes for drills, pulling sets, and sprint-asisted swimming. Swimmers may want to consider dropping down one or two sizes during taper and at the beginning of seasons. The paddles are also useful for synchro swimmers, water aerobics and some medical rehab due to their ability to increase strength and sculling skills.
Please note: Size is coded by color Paddles measure 9¼" wide x 10½" long Includes tubing XXLG-Green for strongest swimmers Each order will come with 2 paddles

These are the best paddles that elite level swimmer, or any other level can use in my opinion. But i have been having problems with the paddles cracking. The last few pairs I have used have all cracked after only a couple months of use. Other than that the simple design is one of the best features

I love using the strokemaker paddles. Great for getting hold of the water and they seem to strengthen the shoulders. However, the new dark green #5 paddles are not holding up very well. Cracking in the paddle has always been a problem, but this new batch are not lasting more than 2 to 3 weeks. They just fall apart very quickly. Very annoying.
