The material is a combination of cotton and stretch/poly?  Feels like a 2nd skin!  Very light and comfortable.  Only color available was white (would've preferred black).  Even though it's a t-shirt size smaller then what I'd typically use, its snug fit is comfortable and doesn't bind up or cause any rashing.  I'm glad I bought 2.
