Works great in the water. The belt seems to be comfortable for the kids.

I have bought these for coaching my unattached swimmers at the local YMCA. Now I have bought these for the middle school swim team to use. They love using the item and they feel a good workout afterwards.

NZ Mfg makes good quality products. We are happy we got the best from the start and not just some generic surgical tubing. That''s OK for big teams with limited budgets but our 9 year old uses this so safety is important. Stretchcordz has an internal safety line so much less chance of an injured kid because of a cord failure. NOTE that this is for use in a 25 meter pool. It works on smaller, shorter ones but it''s a bit inconvenient to make it work. The kid likes it so THUMBS UP!

Having been a swimmer all my life and a coach for the last 11 years the stretch cords are a great way train. I coach high school age kids and they love doing these. Its like a game to them but what they havent figured out yet is thats its actually a harder workout than if they were in swimming normally. The sprinters really love them!!! I tend to put the boys on the green cords and the girls on the yellow cords and let them go at it. I highly recommend them.
