We bought these with another set of swim arm floats, but didn't get to use either of them.  I couldn't get these blown up in the hotel/water park that we were at, so I used the others that were easier.  As it turned out, we were not allowed to bring ANY blown up device into the park, including any swim devices.  The water park wanted you to use the coast guard approved life vests that they were supplying.  I thought the arms floats would be easier for my 4-1/2 yr old to learn how to swim and be less cumbersome.  The vest was actually better.  Will be purchasing our own vest soon instead.  These floats were inexpensive, but not worth the hassles.  Wish I'd thought of it before tearing open the packaging and leaving it in the hotel garbage.  Can't return either now.
