These shorts are made of great material and are quality made, as is everything I've ever bought from Speedo.  Just be aware that the sizing chart runs a little large (I'm a 30 waist, and the size M was pretty loose).  Also, know that they are cut short in length (I would guess 5"), so they come higher on the leg than most tri shorts.  The chamois is pretty thin, but good for short races where you want a nice, streamlined suit.
