The instructions say to put in then rinse, which is not correct. What I do is clean them with dish liquid or a lens towel, inside and out and dry completely. Then I put about 6 drops in each lens and swirl to make sure inside is completely covered. Then I let dry at least a couple hours, and I rinse in the pool just before I put them on. It works perfectly for me this way and last several swims.

I put this antifog on my goggles about 20 minutes before I swam. I put on a nice layer, and after about 1 minute rinsed with tap water, then let dry. My guess is the people saying it didn't work, let the solution dry then rinsed. I swam fog free for well over 2 miles. I will definatly have to share this with my friends! To me it didn't matter that it wasen't a spray bottle, I was kind of happy it wasn't! The solution even made my goggles cleaner!

The anti-fog solution works ok. But the really horrible part the cap of the bottle is a flip top and not a spray. It opens really easily and leaks all over the place.
