I purchased two soft tipped nose clips and they work great, They don't pinch the nasal cavity closed tightly as to where it hurts but tight enough to keep water out. Glad I bought the set.

I was having steadily worsening congestion after swimming laps - to the point where I was stuffed up for days. This nose clip is the answer to my prayers! I have a small nose but it stays on fine and keeps the water out (I swim freestyle only). I can wear it for an hour without feeling pinched to death. Give it a try!

I use it for all swimming.
It stays on even when I dive into the pool.
Great fit. Very comportable. Better than the high priced Speedo Brand I used.
Would buy again.
Would recommend to others.

during laps I had a hard time keeping it in place. Perhaps I need a smaller nose piece or one with more ability to squeeze it closed on my nose.

I bought these for my 9 yr old for swim team. They do not stay on her nose. We spend more time looking for them in the water than actually using them.
