I really like this mp3 player, I do laps and find it east to use and comfortable. It make it more fun to swim and the music helps with the motivation. The ear phones do the job. I can hear the music just fine and it blocks out the swimmming noises. I will never swim with out it.I don't know how I did it before this.
I like the player, it's simple and intuitive. Not a lot of clutter with the buttons. But the headphones are average at best. They are hard to keep in my ears. They should possibly go with just ear buds that fit into the ear and not the wrap around type. I will have to eventually buy new headphones that work better.
OK: here is how to download songs if you have Mac.Make your play list.Burn it to CD.Then re-import your CD using MP3 format; do this by changing preferences in iTunes to import settings to "MP3 encoder".This will re-copy your palylist into iTUnes. THe copied files will appear below to the original. Now, go back and make a NEW playlist using the NEW songs (they will be below the original songs, have the same name, but be MP3 format.)Now you can load the songs onto your MP3 player.Easy? HELL NO! But if you have a MAC the software will not do it automatically. Remember, Mac is interested in selling iPods, NOT music. It would be great if this product came with MAC software that converted iTunes on a MAC, not only a PC.Good luck!
It's a very muffled sound and the ear pieces are not comfortable.
The earbuds that come with it constantly either fall out or do not seal well. I ordered the replacement SPEEDO headphones and found those earplugs (the Christmas tree looking ones) to work great, however the replacement headphones were too small and are probably meant to be worn by children...
Used it for 2 weeks, and it stopped working mid workout. Now I have to return it and hope the next one doesn't break. Go with he bone conduction one, I've heard great things.
