Yes, the music is annoying. I was able to pick up the breaststroke timing taught in this video by watching the 200 Breast in the 2008 Olympic highlights with Soni & Jones. Watching the video explained the "why" for me. The video includes details on turns and form and how to use the one dolphin kick in the pullout. I am not sure that this knowledge is worth the 40 bucks. I thought the Go Swim Butterfly with Misty to be much more necessary. I enjoyed the extra features, but my son did not.

I learned very much from this DVD. It gave very clear and good tips on how to swim breaststroke better. Training with the Master's Swim Team, I receive many good instructions on how to swim free style better, and we also spend a lot of more time swimming free style than breaststroke. This DVD makes up the void for breaststroke. The good stroke examples given by Brendan are very very helpful to me.

This DVD gives some very important tips. I never understood the dolphing kik until I saw how Brendan does it. I highly recomend.

This was a great dvd that I used with my boys to work on all aspects of the breaststroke. Great drills, great footage really helps this as a great teaching tool.
