It was helpful to see two swimmers swim four strokes, with some of it in slow-motion. But at the price of this video, I think it should have covered more than the basics (or have been a lower price). I'm guessing that they don't do that because they have other videos to sell that cover more. I'd recommend it for people who want a decent overview, and have extra money to get rid of.

This video is EXCELLENT for those that have the ability 2 swim. The content is current-but there should b in the info that it is for swimmers that want to enhance their skills-not for beginner or intermediate swimmers.

I am enrolled in a fitness swim class and needed basic instruction on technique and was hoping to get it from this video. I was disappointed and bought another video. I did learn a couple of things, but not enough of the basics.

I haven't watched too many videos, but my daughter and I enjoy watching this one together. I'm blown away how fast Eric's and Kaitlin's strokes turn over. It offers great general tips on all of the strokes, as well as some great drills. It covers the basics really well, and is a good refresher even for fast swimmers. However, I'm sure there are other videos that offer a lot more detail, and if you've qualified and prepping for national championships, you're probably already doing what's covered here.
