My young children seemed to understand the stroke better once they saw the video, especially body position and timing of the kick.

This DVD does a great job in demystifying the butterfly stroke. The music is not as annoying as in some of the other Go Swim DVD's. There is good explanation with the video on how to swim butterfly as well as some video on common mistakes. A little pricey, but it was the one that really clarified the proper way to swim butterfly for me. If you only buy one video, this is the one to buy!

This is one of the best DVDs on learning to swim the butterfly stroke for novice as well as for intermediate swimmers. I use it to coach my daughters and they like to watch it almost every other day.
