These are a long–time favorite of competitive swimmers. Its unique and low–profile look is available in many colors. The no-gasket design makes for a better fit and sleeker look. A set of nimble fingers is needed as they require full assembly.

Assembly Instructions:

• Thread nose string through the first lens using the small hole located at the side of the lens
• Slide the blue nose cover over both ends of the nose string
• Thread one end of the nose string through the remaining lens and tie with a knot
• By sliding the string, you should be able to hide the knot inside the blue nose cover
• To attach the rubber strap, push each end of the rubber strap through the opening on the edge of the lens
• Pull equal lengths through the lens hole, so that you can tie the strap in a knot
• The rubber strap now acts as a double headband
• If you find you need to tighten further you can untie the shorten up the length
• Once you reach a comfortable length you can cut off any extra of the rubber strap
• Some swimmers use a small section of the rubber strap in place of the nose string and blue nose cover
• Using about 1½ inches of the rubber strap thread the ends through the string holes
• The rubber strap will stay secure without having to tie a knot

simple, cheap, great fit
By Jeff Y. from Columbia, TN on 4/12/2013
You have to assemble these goggles yourself and there are no instructions included.  But I was able to find instructions online by googling ''swedish goggle assembly''.
Their simplicity is their charm.
If you like having crystal clear lenses when your goggles are new, but hate the fact that they inevitably succumb to fogging and scratches...get these and treat them as disposables!

Not for ironman training
By SweetTinAR from Arkansas on 4/9/2013
Ok, so I really LOVED these goggles...for 15 mins.  They are great for racing (not triathlons, competition swim meets)...not so much for endurance training.

I''m amazed!
By BoymomC from Media, PA on 2/24/2013
I feel compelled to write a review about these goggles. I have passed these up for years, because I couldn''t imagine that they would be comfortable. I am a serious lap swimmer, swimming about 3-5 days a week. I used to swear by Women''s Vanquishers, but they left terrible goggle marks, which are becoming more of a concern to me as I get older. Then I went to Kaiman Lady, which worked pretty well, but didn''t last as long and still left some suctions marks. Then I tried Barracuda standard and ultras, for the positive pressure that wasn''t supposed to leave marks, but in order to get them not to leak, they had to be uncomfortably tight, leaving marks in different areas. Finally, since they are so inexpensive, I thought I''d give these a try. It took a little time to find the right adjustment (which I did at home), but when I finally hit the pool with them, they were unbelievable!! They fit my eye sockets so gently, with very little tension in the strap, yet they didn''t leak at all! Best of all, when I finished an hour in the pool, they didn''t leave raccoon eyes! I will tell you that you have to make sure you take the time to adjust them to your face, and I took the time to file any rough edges with a nail file until it was absolutely smooth. They do fog up, but I always have Jaws Quick Spit on hand anyway, which keeps them clear for the whole workout. I liked them so much I ordered more for myself and my two sons who are competitive swimmers. I think like many other reviewers, what works for one might not work for another, but at this price, it''s worth a try. They are so uniquely adjustable. I love them!
