True to size out of the box, but will stretch a bit after use. I bought this for my daughter for team practice. Holds up well so far, but after 20 minutes in the water it sags a bit in the crotch and at the neck. Her more expensive (triple the price) team suit did the same thing, so I can't complain too much.

I'm 36 years old, swim a mile several times/week & wear a size 8 in clothes. I ordered this suit in size 34 & the blue "Jetsetter" one of the same brand in 36. They both fit fine and the prints are very cute. The leg is a bit high cut & the rear is a bit less generous than some other brands I've had, but not a problem for lap swimming. I'm happy & the color is gorgeous.
