Too tight for adult, and it's a little snug around the face for my 7 year old daughter. Doesn't keep hair dry - but I guess none do.
It does keep it out of face.

This fits my 10-year-old who has long hair below her shoulder blades.  The only drawback is that she can't get it on herself, as it is so tight.  It stays on well though.

This cap was perfect -- exactly like it looks and is described.  We use it in practice.  I saw the same one in the store (not on swimoutlet.com) for more money -- even with shipping I saved! YAY!

These caps are a perfect fit for my 7 and 8 year old daughters.  They are easy on their hair and very sturdy.

The cap fits my 6 y.o. daughter well and seems to be quite good quality.
