For one who is overweight, these "shoes" are difficult to don. Otherwise, they are as advertised.

This shoe does not offer any cushion in the sole....does not slip on the bottom of the pool....easy to dry

I ordered these to wear for a triathlon, but they didn't come in on time. I believe they would have done the trick of keeping the dirt and peebles off my feet after getting out of the water. I put them on as soon as I received them and they are very comfortable and light compared to water shoes I had years ago. I like them!

I take 3 water aerobics classes each week and the pool chemicals really are hard on the fabric style swim shoes. These will undoubtedly last longer. They are very flexible and lightweight. The little holes provide an "effervescent" entry into the pool - the water bubbles up like carbonation. I've been using them for about 3 weeks and, once I got used to the molded fit, found I prefer them to the other shoes I've had. The price is great too!
