While I wish the nose piece was adjustable, the fact that it isn't doesn't seem to bother by 9-year-old son. He just began his 4th year competitive swimming and these have been the only goggles he will wear for the past 3 years - clear for short course season and tinted for long course.

My 6 year old son loves these, they fit well and are very comfortable.
My son is a year-around swimmer and competes mostly during the summer months, and he has been called on as the butterfly specialist in medley relays for the last three years and he is only nine. One thing that parents of young children fear is goggles slipping off during a heated race. My son has prefered the Speedo Hydroflex Jr since he started competing and he has never had to finish a race with the goggles down around his neck. He wears the clear lenses indoors and the dark tinted outdoors, especially when he is called on to do the backstroke when the sun is intense.
