Its a fast suit, I don't recomend sizing down to much, I think I got a size to tight and it felt like it restricted my arms in the freestyle a little, I don't recomend it for breastroke or any distances over 200 meters/yards. It takes some getting used to but is a great suit and dries quickly.

This is an overall great suit. It definitley fits tight, i myself being a big person probably should have gotten a size bigger, due to very tight fitting shoulders. It swam great though. I dropped tons of time. repelled water, and had great support. I would reccommend this suit to anyone who swims club as well because you can use it, but buy a full leg if you can use it more. As stated earlier i think this was a great suit and is worth buying
