I have a 3 year od son, tall, but skinny for his age. He wears the 2T size. Remember, all speedos and jammers are supposed to be tight fitting, not loose or baggy. These will be tight on your kid, whether he is skinny or chubby. After a few times wearing them though, they loosen up and fit a little looser. I am a swim instructor, and my son was extatic when I found the jammers and speedos, they're all he will wear now, because "really fast swimmers wear speedos!" as he says. I highly reccommend these to everyone! Love em! And decent price.
