I've used these (50%) weights at clubs on the east coast. Now living in NV wish the 'larger' clubs would invest in a product like these that actually last, fit the hand nicely and give a range of resistance. Keep trying to get them to spend the $$ on them but they resist!! These are the best! They hold up, give a good workout when used properly and are well designed.

I'm disabled and water aerobics is the only exercise I can do. I ordered the 99% Bells and they are a real workout. I always had strong arms and wanted to build them back up. It probably would have been better for me to start out with a lower bell but on limited funds I went for the hardest. I can still do the exercises but it is difficult. If you are looking for a real challenge go with these. No cons.

I had done water aerobics many years ago and couldn't remember the size that I used. I bought the 50% bells and they are excellent. They are comfortable on the hands. It gives a good workout. I am feeling now after having them for a few weeks that maybe I should have gone up a notch and gotten the 60%. My suggestion is for someone looking to purchase a set that if you have done water aerobics previously and are active, purchase the 60% bells.

I love the 99% water weights. In my class we have 80% and their is not enough to share. I love the impact that my 99% gives me. I have to admit the first time I used them my arms were a little sore . But you know what they say no pain no gain! Love them I have my classmates wanting to order some as well.

I love these weights. I believe these are 60% resistance. They are more of a work out for my arms than the ones at class. They seem very well made and dry out quickly after getting out of the pool. I ordered the weights on a Tuesday and they arrived at my door on Thursday. Wow, fast service!

I bought these after using some that our local Y had. These are a different brand and of far better quality. The foam is not that cheap Styrofoam type and they have much better durability. I purchased the 99% size and they are perfect for me. I Use them in my physical rehabilitation and they are helping me a lot.
