I do water aerobics and I like the feel of the bells. They are easy to use under water. The right resistance for me since I am a beginner. I especially like the color. |

I just 3 weeks ago the running Aquajoggers RX to my workout, and alreaddy I can tell the difference in my leg muscles. I had a knee replacement and the Aquajogger's have added the extra difficulty to the workout that I needed. They are comfortable to wear and add more fun to the workout. |

I use the resistence bells in water aerobics classes 3-4 days a week. They provide good bouyancy as well as resistence in many of the exercises. |
