I don't surf; A friend recommended the product because low body fat has put by body temperature regulation out of whack. Within twenty minutes I am so cold I have to leave the class and get warm. I would like to suggest having trunks of the same material suitable for women's sizes, to be worn over the swim suit. The idea is keep the body core from getting chilled.
Older women are increasingly among those taking water aerobics. But those with a lower body fat index can begin a type of hypothermia even after they get out of the water. Complaints about water temperature do not avail as the water temperature is calculated for those who are lap swimming.. Neoprene lined garments are difficult to put on and even more difficult to pull off when wet. And they are expensive.
With the shirt I purchased, I still feel the cold, but can stay in the water for longer periods of time and not experience disorientation or dizziness when I get out.
The shirt if comfortable and relatively easy to put on and take off..

I wear the top to a water areobic class 3 times a week in an outside pool. It keeps me warm. I have gotten many comments about the top.I am very pleased.. Fran Henderson
