the way the straps are design fit perfectly around the shoulders for great support and makes the bag feel lighter. It's comfortable even after wearing for long periods of time. The laptop sleeve and food cooler pocket were great ideas and very useful. The only thing I think could improve would be a softer material on the straps over the shoulders. It's not uncomfortable, but it could be more better.

Just slightly larger on her than I pictured it, but my daughter tells me it fits  comfortably.  My daughter loves that she can fit so much into it.  So far she has used it for summer school and as a swimming carryall.
