I get a very good upper body workout with just 10 min of intense freestyle using the Aquvee.  Works well and is easy to set up

I have a small pool.  It would be completely pointless to swim laps in it.  This tether makes all sorts of swimming possible in my small pool.  I use it for freestyle and my wife uses it with a board for kicking.  I highly recommend.

I did not attach the system to the tile of my pool but instead my trainer holds the cords and provides resistance for a great workout while I swim. The cords are the best I have used yet. The belt fits right and the quality is excellent. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to have some resistance while swimming.

I attach the clips to metal hooks which I bought at the hardware store and then to the pool deck via the pool cover bolts which avoids having to mess with the suction cup apparatus.  Works perfectly, though I did also recently buy some clear tubing to go over the flexible tubing to keep it from wearing out from contact with the concrete pool deck.  Highly recommend this system for exercise/training.

I wasn't sure what to expect and I was totally happy when I took out my Aquavee and used it for the first time.  It's a TOUGH workout but totally AWESOME!
