The material of the gloves is great but the size is too small and left marks on my hands after one use. I was told the gloves will stretch over time so I ordered size small. I'll just have to wait and see.

I like the tightness around the wrist. However, the velcro closing is on the inside of the wrist, and it catches my bathing suit and the other glove when I am trying to put on or take off the 2nd glove. It would be better if the velcro closing was on the outside of the wrist.

The resistance provided by these gloves are about 3/4 or 1/2 of that of the fins/hand-paddles. They are flexible and fun!

I got this to improve my swimming workout and ....well how I can say it.....they really give what I was looking for,my workout routine changed drastically I feel the canges in my arms and back and the strenght in my stroke. If you are looking for that extra kick in your speed this will help you too. They feel very good and I did't loose any water feel.
